Tongue Trainer for Swallow Rehabilitation

Tongue weakness and reduced mobility are common contributors to dysphagia following head and neck cancer treatment.

A 2024 pilot interventional clinical trial demonstrated that four weeks of targeted tongue strength training resulted in:

  • Improved tongue strength

  • Improved swallow-related quality of life (SWAL-QoL)

This tongue trainer is designed to support evidence-based dysphagia rehabilitation when used as part of a structured therapy program under clinician guidance.
